Happy June.

Dates for Your Diary…

📆 UK National & International Awareness Days – June 2026

June is full of awareness days. You don’t need most of them. Here are the ones worth your time and what to do with them.

📆 Dates for Your Diary

1st–7th June – Child Safety Week

8th–14th June – Carers Week

15th–21st June – Men’s Health Week

18th June – Autistic Pride Day

21st June – Father’s Day (UK)

27th June – PTSD Awareness Day

All month – Pride Month

Seven dates. That’s it. These are the ones that connect directly to the kind of work you’re doing with clients’ identity, family, caring, vulnerability, trauma, and childhood.

Everything else on the June calendar? You can let it go.

The real question isn’t which dates to post about. It’s what to actually say and how to make it land with the people you’re trying to reach.

That’s what the rest of this post covers: what to do with each of these dates, the angles that work for therapists specifically and a simple way to plan it without losing your week to content creation.

The rest of this post is for paid subscribers of Therapists’ Corner.
