She leads regular women’s health and exercise Masterclasses and Corporate Health sessions, empowering women with credible information and practical solutions. She regularly speaks at events and festivals, sports clubs and women’s groups and contributes to media on the topics of women’s health, injury and exercise. Claire also supports patients from those suffering from chronic health conditions and disability to former Olympians and world-class female athletes, and many in between.
