As you might know, the Getting Started in Private Practice Course is currently underway and I thought this would be useful for new therapists to private practice and might also be helpful for those of you who have been in private practice for some time and many want to review your onboarding process for new clients.
As many of you know, building and maintaining a successful private practice is about much more than just seeing clients—it's also about creating efficient systems that allow you to serve clients effectively and run your business smoothly. I’m going to share my system for onboarding clients with you - from the first enquiry through to them walking into my office or seeing them on zoom.
I get lots of questions about how to manage client enquiries and streamline the onboarding process. That’s why I’m launching a brand-new 5-part blog series on and sharing the first five emails I send to every new client so you can copy and paste the templates and save yourself some time.
This series will walk you through:
How to build the "know, like, and trust" factor from the very first email
Setting professional boundaries and ensuring clients are a good fit
Offering appointment options while reinforcing policies and expectations
