For years, I didn’t run a waiting list for my 1:1 therapy services. I did lots of marketing, then turned people away whenever I was full. Until one day, the absurdity of this cycle hit me. Why am I doing all this marketing just to say no when someone wants to book?

People wanted to work with me, but I didn’t have a system in place to hold them safely until a space came up. I was also worried about caring for them in the interim. What if they deteriorate while they wait? Will it make working with me feel just like the NHS – months of waiting and feeling forgotten?

Being fully booked shouldn’t mean turning people away and restarting the marketing hamster wheel.

In the paid section, I’ll show you how to run a small, ethical waiting list that feels nothing like the NHS — including my limits, scripts, and monthly check-in email.
