It sounds simple (it is), but body-doubling with other therapists is pure magic. I always leave with twice as much done and feeling 10× less alone.

How it runs
5 min – quick hellos + everyone says the 1–2 things they want to finish
50 min – cameras on, mics off, deep work (I’ll share chill music if you want it)
5 min – celebrate what we got done and goodbye
No small talk marathons. No pressure to network. Just gentle accountability and the quiet hum of other therapists getting stuff done.
