Every November, the same question appears in therapist Facebook groups: ‘Is it okay to do Black Friday promotions?’ The responses are just as predictable. Some say it’s unprofessional, others worry about ethics… and a few therapists quietly make thousands of pounds while everyone else debates.

This is why I want to talk about what Black Friday actually is, why it matters for your business, and how you can use it strategically without compromising your values or professional integrity.
