I’ve been in private practice for over a decade now. For most of that time, I was a sole trader; it felt simple, flexible and low-stress.

In 2022, I made the leap to becoming a limited company. At the time, it felt like the “grown-up” move, more tax-efficient, more professional and a natural next step.

If I were making the decision today, I might make a different decision.
