Week 4 - Maintaining Momentum

Congratulations on reaching Week 4 of our Instagram Challenge! By now, you've navigated through the twists and turns of building a consistent online presence, overcoming hurdles, and celebrating breakthroughs along the way. This week, let's focus on maintaining the efforts that have gotten us this far. Remember, consistency is key to growth on Instagram, and you're doing fantastically well.

Shared invaluable tips on creating engaging content and strategies to enhance your Instagram presence to build your caseload through social media.

Winning the Challenge: Accounts reached

The person who has reached the most accounts over the 30 days of March will be the winner of the challenge and win a place on Sara’s programme the Insta retreat and a coaching call with

Sarah D Rees
. You can find this metric in your profile in the insights section - Screenshot it at the end of March and send it into enquiries@sarahdrees.co.uk or pop it in the chat and we will announce the winner in the Q&A on the 5th April

Tip: Create a Mini-Series of Reels

Consider creating a mini-series of reels to captivate your followers. For inspiration, check out

The Path to 10K Followers

Did you know? To reach the 10 K follower milestone, you need to extend your reach to approximately 1 million people. This might sound daunting, but it's entirely achievable with consistent effort and engagement.

Engagement tip

Try favouriting 10 accounts where your ideal clients or niche are and dedicating ten minutes a day to liking and commenting on their posts. This will increase your visibility and help you build meaningful connections within the Instagram community.

Rise Above the Comparison Trap

It's easy to fall into the trap of comparing your journey to others, but remember, your Instagram grid should be a source of inspiration and motivation for you. Follow accounts that spark joy and creativity in you, and focus on your unique path. Let your grid reflect who you are and what you love—this authenticity is what will attract and retain followers.

Moving Forward

As we approach the final week of our Instagram challenge, take a moment to reflect on how far you've come. Your dedication and creativity have not only enhanced your online presence but have also set a solid foundation for future growth in your private practice. Continue experimenting, engaging, and, most importantly, enjoying the process.

I can't wait to see where we go from here.

Remember, every post, every comment, and every like brings you one step closer to your goals. Keep pushing forward, stay inspired, and let's make the final week our best one yet! Pop your posts in the chat if they need some love.
