We’ve made it to the final week of the Enquiry-Ready Summer School.
Over the last four weeks, we’ve followed the journey a potential client takes from looking for a therapist to actually booking an appointment.
A quick recap
Week One — Found + Recognised
Can the right people find you, and when they do, do they recognise that you help with the problem they’re experiencing?
Week Two — Reassured
Does what they see help them feel reassured and confident enough to consider working with you?
Week Three — Contact-ready
Are your fee, availability and next step clear enough for someone to get in touch?
And now...
Week Four — Booked
Does your first response help a suitable person move towards actually booking?
Because an enquiry isn’t quite the same thing as a new client. This is where we can accidentally create a LOT of unnecessary admin.
Someone enquires. You send your availability. They ask about Wednesday. You offer Wednesday and Friday. They come back two days later asking about Thursday...
Meanwhile, you’re mentally holding three spaces in your diary.
Email tennis.
There is a much simpler way to do it; watch the short video and copy and paste my initial contact form
