The Enquiry-Ready Summer School will help you step back and look at the full journey a potential client takes—from first finding you to booking their first session.
The aim is not to change everything or completely rebuild your private practice.
It is to:
Find your likely leak. Fix one useful thing. Help more of the right clients book.
The Enquiry-Ready pathway
Throughout the Summer School, we will use five stages:
Found
Can the right potential clients discover you?
Recognised
Do they recognise themselves in your message and understand that you help with their particular difficulty?
Reassured
Do they feel reassured by your approach, experience and explanation of what therapy with you may involve?
Contact-ready
Can they easily understand your fee, availability and the next step?
Booked
Does your first response help a suitable person move towards booking?
A quiet practice does not necessarily mean that every stage is broken. Usually, one part of the pathway needs attention first.
Our process will be:
Find the leak → Fix one thing → Review what happens → Repeat
What you will create
Across the four weeks, you will build your own Enquiry-Ready Mini Pack, including:
A working theory about your most likely enquiry leak
A clearer opening message that helps the right client recognise themselves
A more reassuring and straightforward pathway from interest to enquiry
Practical changes you can review and continue using long after the Summer School
How the Summer School works
A new lesson will be published at 12 noon each Friday in August:

Each lesson will be approximately 10–15 minutes and will include:
One central idea
One worked example
One manageable action
A practical worksheet or tool
A Share and Support prompt
This is not a complete website rebuild or a long list of tasks. It is one useful improvement at a time, designed to support your private practice without taking over your summer.
