Last week, we looked at whether the right clients can find you and quickly recognise themselves in what you offer.
But that still doesn’t mean they’ll enquire.
Because choosing a therapist isn’t a purely logical decision.
Someone can look at your website, think “yes, this person works with exactly what I’m struggling with” — and still quietly click away.
Why?
Because before someone contacts you, they’re often asking themselves:
What will actually happen if I book?
What if I don’t know what to say?
What if I cry?
What if my problem isn’t “bad enough”?
Will they judge me?
What if I don’t like them?
Am I committing myself to months of therapy just by making contact?
And most of those questions have very little to do with your qualifications.
This week in Enquiry-Ready Summer School, we’re looking at the next stage of the journey: Reassured.
I’ll show you some of the small things you can change on your website and in your enquiry process that reduce uncertainty and help a potential client feel:
“Okay. I think I could do this.”
Paid subscribers can watch the full Week 2 lesson below and there’s a practical checklist underneath to help you put it into action.
